Kallies Electric Inc. was started by Randy Kallies as a sole proprietorship in 1981 in Bonduel, Wisconsin. The business was moved to the Shawano Industrial Park in 1986 in an effort to expand the business and find new opportunities.
After growth at the new location the company was Incorporated in 1990. As business volume increased there was a need for a larger facility. The present facility was constructed in Shawano Business Park on the south side of the city in 1999.
After the Company’s growth expanded to include Oconto County the Company decided to locate a satellite location in Oconto Falls in 2009.
We are an all-purpose electrical contractor that serves our customers at home and at work. We have done substantial sized projects for homes, schools, churches, restaurants, offices, manufacturing facilities, large dairy farms, feed mills, medical clinics, sports fields, retail stores, hotels, banquet halls, and other specialty systems, such as deicing systems, generators, and communications cabling. We are a State of Wisconsin Certified Electrical Contractor.
We provide design build services for small to medium size projects. We also provide maintenance services to those customers who don’t employ their own maintenance staff.
We have facilities in Shawano and Oconto Falls and have expanded our coverage area to include all of Northeastern Wisconsin.
Our employees all receive training and continuing education to keep on top of changes in our industry. We employ master electricians, journeymen, and apprentices. Their knowledge, experience, and exceptional work ethic make our work force the best in the area.

Kallies Electric is a non-union company; therefore, we utilize the ABC Apprenticeship Program for training. A beginner may be hired as a pre-apprentice for an evaluation period prior to the start of an indentured apprenticeship.
Estimators and project managers must reach a Master Electrician certification prior to applying to those positions.
Employees are issued an employee manual and a safety manual that establish the rules and policies of the Company. Additional safety training will be provided in CPR, lift equipment, and personal protective equipment for working on energized systems.
