Our commercial project capabilities have continually increased over the 30 year history of the company. The early years of the Company were a challenge due to lack of name recognition and we had no history of completed projects. Today, our list of completed projects is an impressive part of our portfolio for a relatively small contractor. We have worked with many general contractors from Wisconsin and a few from other states who have benefited from our abilities and the overall integrity with which we do business.
Service Detail
An example of this success is the “Furniture Row” Retail Stores. The construction management company for new store construction was hesitant to accept our bid because they were unsure that we had the manpower and equipment for the complexity and 40 ft. interior height of their store. After a phone interview with our President, Randy Kallies, they decided to offer us the contract. The project went so well that they made us their preferred contractor for other construction is Wisconsin. We have also completed roof de-icing systems for them at multiple locations, including stores in North Dakota and Pennsylvania.
